Our Response Process

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
Notify the content provider or user of the removal
Terminate repeat infringers' access to our service

We aim to respond to all valid DMCA notices within 24-48 hoursof receipt.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or access to it was disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with our copyright agent. Your counter-notification must include:

Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification

Misrepresentation
